Thanksgiving dinner, a time for showing appreciation and giving thanks for the wonderful things in life.
Its also a time where you can really mess up your goal of losing weight. The average American packs on some pounds from the rich holiday food available at the table and as much as it may be instantly gratifying, some actually regret that they had indulge as much.
